• Project IRR : 현금 흐름을 Full Amount(총수입과 총지출)로 작성하는 것
• Equity IRR : 지출급에서 차입금을 빼고, 수입금에서 원리금 상환을 빼고 작성하는 것
  Equity IRR assumes that you use debt for the project, so the inflows are the cash flows required minus any debt that was raised for the project. Hence, Equity IRR is essentially the "leveraged" version of Project IRR.
